    My book reviewing recommendations:

    1) Read the book in its entirety.
    2) Ask friends if they've read the book. If so, ask them their opinions of it.
    3) Browse the reviews of the book on Amazon and take notes of ideas of interest.

    Once you've done all of the above, try to write a well rounded review. Make an effort to balance your thoughts and the thoughts of others. Popular reviews tend to make an argument for or against a book, so you may want to study writing argumentative essays. Best of luck!
